The recent annual scientific meeting of the All India Ophthalmological Society [AIOS] held in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology [APAO], that took place from April 2 to 6, 2025, brought together eye surgeons, renowned experts, and visionary speakers from across the world, fostering an exceptional exchange of knowledge and innovation.

I had the singular honor of chairing a session at the meeting, where an impressive array of speakers shared groundbreaking ideas on addressing challenges in cataract surgery. The session was highly stimulating, and it was a true privilege to serve as chair.
